Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we’re experiencing a high order volume, processing times may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Canada & U.S.: Flat rate $9.95 CAD (2–7 business days depending on location).
• International: Currently limited. We’re working to expand shipping directly to the Caribbean and beyond. 🌍

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your kitchen.

Damages & Lost Packages

Miss B’s Spice House™ is not responsible for orders damaged or lost in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@missbspicehouse.com so we can make it right where possible.
