At Miss B’s Spice House we want every jar to bring real joy to your kitchen. If something is not quite right when it arrives, we will do our best to make it right quickly and fairly. This policy explains how returns and refunds work in simple terms.

Our return window is 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days we cannot offer a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and still in its original sealed packaging.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method so the package can be followed easily.

If a product arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent, please email info@missbspicehouse.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo. We will review it right away and arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

For safety and quality reasons, certain items cannot be returned. This includes any opened spice jars, sale items, and limited-edition blends. Once a jar is opened it cannot be resold as new.

To complete a return, we require proof of purchase such as your order number or receipt. Please do not send items back to any manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will also let you know if the refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Shipping fees paid at checkout are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items and limited-edition blends cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email info@missbspicehouse.com with your order number and a photo.

Gifts

If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser. Gift recipients should contact the gift giver for any return questions.

Shipping returns

To return a product, mail it to the address provided in your return approval email. You are responsible for paying return shipping costs. If a refund is issued, the original shipping cost will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable service for expensive items.
